Vegetarian Pate

-Red beans or peanuts: soaking for 6 hours.

-Shiitake (fresh or dried): soaking for 6 hours.

-Using blender purees beans, then purees Shiitake, noting that do not mix beans & Shiitake each other to puree.

-ingredient ratio: 300-gram beans with 1 bowl of water and 1 bowl of oil, add season to taste. Mixing all and steaming.

Tip: You can use margarine/ butter/ peanuts butter flexibly according to your preference.
